Dan has been an active participant in athletic fitness and team sports for many years. Dan has improved his own personal conditioning through challenging workouts and formal training to include an Advanced Certified Personal Trainer Certification from the National Personal Training Institute. Dan’s commitment to fitness is demonstrated through his own personal hobbies of snow-boarding, wake-boarding, cycling, running, mountain biking, and surfing. Dan’s vision is to incorporate his passion for fitness, and knowledge of Plyometric and strength training to improve his client’s athletic endurance and encourage their own personal strength and fitness goals.
